Africa Internet Summit 2020 (AIS’20) Online

The Internet Society was proud to join the Africa Internet Summit (AIS), an annual regional multi-stakeholder conference focusing on Internet Technology.

This year’s summit took place virtually from 14-18 September and showcased important ideas and innovations around the Internet technology and Internet sector in Africa.

At AIS, the Internet Society participated in several sessions where we talked about our work, in particular about Internet measurement and Infrastructure and Community Development. The Internet Society also used the Summit to introduce itself to the African technical community for the first time.
