Who is following me: tracking the trackers (part 2)

An update to the background paper for a workshop being co-organised by the Council of Europe and the Internet Society at the Internet Governance Forum in Baku, Azerbaijan on 8 November 2012.

This paper covers some recent developments in online tracking, including perspectives on Do Not Track from browser vendors, the advertising industry, Neelie Kroes Vice-President of the European Commission responsible for the Digital Agenda and others.
