There is a demand for technical information on the Internet and its inner-functioning from the technical community of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This workshop gave an overview of how routing security can be achieved by applying the Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security (MANRS) actions. It also focused on the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the making of Internet standards that keep the Internet resistant to current challenges such as security and increasing data generated by IoT.
