Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) 2022, Asia-Pacific’s most established cybersecurity event for global policy makers, thought leaders and industry experts, took place from 18 to 20 October 2022. It was held as a combination of hybrid and physical events.
Olaf Kolkman, our Principal – Internet Technology, Policy, and Advocacy, participated at Internet or Splinternet – Implications on Securing the Digital Future session on 20 October, 5:00-6:00 UTC (13:00-14:00 Singapore time). This session aimed to stimulate discussion on how the public and private sectors can collaborate to address the potential challenges and mitigate the risks posed by a fragmented Internet. It touched on the fragmentation of the Internet and how to shape the future of the Internet.
