With more than two decades of leadership experience in esteemed private sector entities such as Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, and Viavi Solutions, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as a human resources executive. My proficiency lies in accomplishing strategic objectives through advanced analytical, diagnostic, and collaborative skills. I specialize in developing authentic and enduring solutions for intricate organizational challenges, including navigating through acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and periods of rapid growth.

Before joining the Internet Society, I served as the head of the Human Resources department at United Methodist Family Services, where I supported a nonprofit organization dedicated to aiding children, teenagers, and parents in overcoming various challenges.

My roots trace back to Silver Spring, Maryland, and I hail from a multicultural background; my parents met in Germany on a US Military Base, instilling in me a deep love for global travel and an appreciation for diverse cultures. I am an alumna of the Catholic University of America, holding a bachelor’s degree in business. Additionally, I earned my juris doctorate and MBA from the University of Maryland and successfully passed the Maryland State Bar.
