Part 1: Connecting the unconnected

Focused on the access challenges for Infrastructure and affordability in bringing the next billion users online in the LAC region, governments are making efforts to facilitate, industry is trying to remain competitive while the future users from rural and underserved locations are eager to become part of the digital society.

This session will feature discussions on issues, challenges and future outlook of Internet access and affordability in the LAC region.

Lessons learned from key examples in LAC region allow us to discuss a forward thinking future to accomplish SDG 4 and beyond.
