Biography

I’m a government affairs professional with 20+ years of experience, 13+ of which focus on telecom and digital regulations, trade policy, and corporate social responsibility. I love implementing advocacy campaigns, building coalitions, coordinating cross-border teams, and translating complex technology issues into easily understandable language. I am impassioned about the power of the Internet to transform people’s lives.

I  am a telecommunications engineer from the University of Alcalá (Madrid), plus I hold a Master in Business Administration from the EOI Business School (Madrid).

I enjoy sharing time with my family—my wife and two kids. I’m passionate about modern art drawings, I like to relax by the seaside, and I practice skiing and fencing.

I am Spanish national, based in Brussels, Belgium.
