Cybersecurity: Laying Out Pieces of the Cybersecurity Puzzle

This speech lays out pieces of the cybersecurity puzzle, and puts them in context of the Internet’s fundamental principles.  We conclude by offering a framework for policymaking that we believe will be useful in preserving those principles.
