Internet Society Board Launches CEO Search

The Internet Society Board of Trustees has retained the executive search firm Odgers Berndtson to help identify qualified candidates for the position of President & CEO.  Lynn St.Amour, the Internet Society's current President & CEO, announced her plans earlier this year to step down in February 2014 at the conclusion of her contract.

Founded in 1965, Odgers Berndtson brings broad experience and a global footprint to the task.  The firm is headquartered in Brussels and has more than 53 offices worldwide. "We are extremely confident that Odgers Berndtson offers the breadth of experience and resources to help us find the right candidate for the Internet Society," said ISOC Board Chair Eva Frölich.

The Board also finalized the description for the position and made it available at the Internet Society website.  All applicants for the position are asked to contact Odgers Berndtson via email: [email protected].
