Mike Silber is a lawyer and Head: Legal and Commercial at Liquid Telecom. He also serves on the Management Committee of ISPA South Africa, which operates the JINX, CINX and soon to be launched DINX Internet exchanges. Mike also serves on the Boards of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the .ZA Domain Name Authority and the Tertiary Education Network of South Africa (TENET).
