Shayna Robinson is a Programme Officer with the Internet Society Foundation where she manages the Research, Innovation, and Emergency Response Grant Programmes. Prior to this role she served as the Director of Research and Development at Pollicy, a leading civic tech organization in East Africa, leading teams to respond to challenges at the intersection of data, design, and public policy. Shayna is currently based in Kampala, Uganda.
