I lead vendor oversight at the Internet Society, working across teams to strengthen how we manage vendors, risk, and performance. My focus is on building clear, practical approaches that support delivery without adding unnecessary complexity.
My background is in sourcing, vendor management, and transformation across financial services and mining. Over the past 25 years, I’ve led large outsourcing programmes, developed vendor frameworks, and helped organisations get more value from their vendors.
Alongside my role, I run a coaching and creative practice focused on resilience, burnout, and loss, which gives me a different perspective on how people operate under pressure.
Outside of work, I spend time in my ceramics studio (I’m a third-generation potter), watching foxes tear through my garden like they own the place, or getting lost in films and TV shows.
