The Chapters Advisory Council (ChAC) Steering Committee is a group of nine members elected annually by Internet Society chapters. Its role is to lead discussions, draft recommendations on topics brought forward by chapters, and manage subcommittees. The committee’s primary function is to provide the Internet Society’s President and Board of Trustees with advice on local, regional and global issues concerning the chapters.
