The matrix available in this document summarizes the proposed changes to Internet-related WTDC-17 resolutions (including new resolutions). It aims to identify issues, areas of concern, organizations impacted, and other topics, on a best-efforts basis. Please note the proposals cited are not yet agreed but have been put forward for discussion for the most part by ITU Regional Telecommunication Groups.
