Albert Toneyan is the Director of “WEB” company and Vice-Chair of Armenia Chapter of the Internet Society.
Established around twenty years ago, “WEB” company is known as one of the oldest Internet service providers in Armenia.
He actively participated in the establishment of the “ArmIX” Armenian Internet Exchange point between Armenian service providers and is ArmIX's current president.
