Libraries WhiteSpace project, a Gigabit Library Network (GLN) initiative, is an international campaign to demonstrate how libraries and other anchor institutions can lead in the utilization of newly available license-free TV WhiteSpace spectrum to deploy and support remote public access ICT's in their communities.
