Mônica Fast joined the Internet Society in Geneva, Switzerland, in May 2015, as an Executive Assistant. Currently, she remotely assists the Sr. VP of Strategy, Communications, and Engagement, and the Heads of Content and Marketing Communications, and coordinates the Administrative Support Team in the SCE division.
Prior to joining the Internet Society, Mônica has worked as an Executive Assistant at AGCO Corporation, the World Bank, and the Brazilian Embassy in New Zealand. She has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Goethe-Institut Curitiba for 12 years.
Mônica is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese, German, and English, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish. She gained her Bachelor’s Degree in Executive Assistance from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, in Brazil.
She has lived and worked in New Zealand, the USA, Switzerland, and Botswana and is currently based in São Paulo, Brazil.
