Koffi is a Telecommunications Engineer of Ivorian nationality and ITILV3 certified.
He is Head of the CIVIX (Cote d'Ivoire Internet Exchange Point) Specialized Center at ARTCI and Chairman of the CIVIX Consultation Committee (CoCIVIX).
Koffi has a good knowledge of the Internet Exchange Point ecosystem, both nationally and internationally, having taken part in numerous AFPIF, AFRINIC, EURO-IX and other meetings.

Koffi a une bonne connaissance de l’écosystème des points d’échange Internet sur le plan national et sur le plan international après de nombreuses participations aux réunions AFPIF, AFRINIC, EURO-IX, etc.
