Call to Order and Welcome

Ms. Thomson called the meeting to order at 13:04 UTC, welcomed attendees, and provided an overview of the topics on the committee’s agenda.

The Finance Committee meeting minutes from 24 February 2025 were unanimously approved as presented.

Investment Portfolio and Market Update from Goldman Sachs

Mr. Hahn, Mr. Zebregs, and Mr. Hunter provided an overview of the 2025 portfolio performance and economic outlook to the committee. Discussion ensued.

Following their presentation, Mr. Hahn, Mr. Zebregs, and Mr. Hunter left the meeting. 

Q1 2025 Financial Results for Internet Society and Internet Society Foundation

Ms. Park briefly reviewed the first quarter 2025 financial results for the Internet Society and the Internet Society Foundation, highlighting key financial performance indicators. She also discussed the Connected Giving Foundation’s financials, including the statement of activities and investment activities. Discussion ensued.
