Biografía

Shuli Hallak is a New York City based visual artist with an extensive background in editorial and commercial photography, focusing on large scale infrastructure and industrial systems. She is also a computer programmer, building web-based interactive visuals.
Since receiving her MFA in Photography from the School of Visual Arts in NYC in 2005, Shuli has had several group and solo shows in Boston, NYC, and Minneapolis. Her work has been published in Fortune, Fast Company, The New York Times Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Conde Nast Portfolio, Bloomberg News, The Guardian, Slate, Orion, and others.
Shuli started Invisible Networks in 2013, working with core networks and telecoms to show the physical infrastructure of the Internet and visually communicate how it works.
Along with photography, Shuli is developing and providing new visual-based interactive tools to help make the Internet transparent and understandable.
