LAC Newsletter – October 2018 Edition

A summary of what happened in Latin America and the Caribbean during October:

Andrew Sullivan, CEO of The Internet Society, participated in ICANN 63 and shared the importance of the multi-stakeholder model for Internet governance. In addition, we have news in favor of gender equality from the W20 Summit. We also present a Concept Note about the extraterritorial effects of laws.

We also include the vibrant activity of our chapters in the region, while we welcome the Colombia chapter.
