Global IPv6 traffic has grown more than 5000% since World IPv6 Launch began on 6 June 2012, with some networks now reporting 80 or 90% deployment of IPv6!

Upcoming events in Africa - Strengthening and mobilizing our chapters to advocate and support innovative ways to connect the unconnected

2018 African Chapters’ Advocacy Meeting
19-21 June

The objective of the African Chapters Advocacy Meeting is to discuss key Internet issues and empower our chapters to advocate for them at the local and regional level.

The focus of this year meeting will be Community Networks and how the ISOC’s new campaign model (see 2018 action plan) will manifest in terms of local and regional activities.
