Le probl\u00e8me est encore aggrav\u00e9 par le s\u00e9isme d\u00e9vastateur de magnitude 7,8 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de Richter et les r\u00e9pliques qui ont secou\u00e9 le N\u00e9pal depuis avril 2015 et qui ont occasionn\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 9 000 morts.<\/p>\n<p>Le Chapitre de l<strong>&lsquo;Internet Society au N\u00e9pal<\/strong>, en partenariat avec l&rsquo;OBNL <strong>\u00abForum pour l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique\u00bb<\/strong>, a men\u00e9 un projet r\u00e9ussi pour r\u00e9duire la fracture num\u00e9rique en facilitant la cr\u00e9ation de trois centres d&rsquo;apprentissage communautaires. Le projet, soutenu par le programme de financement nomm\u00e9 Au-del\u00e0 du Net (Beyond de Net) de l&rsquo;Internet Society\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.internetsociety.org\/beyond-the-net\/\"><strong>The Internet Society Beyond the Net Funding Programme<\/strong><\/a>, , a mis en place des centres dans trois districts
