Nous avons besoin de solutions qui permettent aux internautes de contribuer \u00e0 rendre Internet accessible \u00e0 tout le monde. Les solutions de connectivit\u00e9 centr\u00e9es sur la communaut\u00e9, comme les r\u00e9seaux communautaires, peuvent \u00eatre utiles. Un r\u00e9seau communautaire, c\u2019est lorsque des individus se r\u00e9unissent pour \u00e9tablir et maintenir eux-m\u00eames une connexion Internet.
