Ce forum, qui est une plateforme unique en son genre, se veut inclusif, mais aussi une plateforme d\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019id\u00e9es et de meilleures pratiques, pour tous les acteurs op\u00e9rants dans le secteur des t\u00e9l\u00e9coms et de l\u2019Internet: op\u00e9rateurs mobiles, op\u00e9rateurs de points d\u2019\u00e9change Internet (IXP en anglais), op\u00e9rateurs d\u2019infrastructure de communication et d\u2019h\u00e9bergement, Fournisseurs d\u2019Acc\u00e8s Internet (FAI), Agences et Autorit\u00e9s de R\u00e9gulations, D\u00e9veloppeurs de contenu digital, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
