I lead the Global Human Resources and Business Administration functions for the Internet Society. My role includes overseeing the global HR strategy, workforce planning, recruiting, compensation, benefits, HR information system, payroll, office administration, and organizational development, training, and coaching for all Internet Society staff in 28+ countries.
I am a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and a seasoned HR professional with 25+ years experience in HR leadership with several government contractors and nonprofit organizations. I am also a certified life and career coach and I have contributed to the Internet Society’s growth from 30 staff members to over 130+ staff around the globe. I am based out of the Reston, VA, USA office.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from Mary Washington University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University. I am also a certified facilitator in Brené Brown’s Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ programs.
I enjoy reading and the outdoors, including boating on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, USA. My passion is people and supporting our team to bring out the best in our diverse, global staff!
