Tom Stark joined the Internet Society as the Manager, Strategy and Operations after working for a year as a consultant on various Internet Society initiatives. He brings strategy development, business process, and project management experience to this position. Tom’s professional and academic experience has focused on working with organizations to address key issues and focus on implementing solutions to maximize impact and growth. He has a Master of Development Practice from the University of Waterloo, a Certificate in International Project Management from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Regina. He also has his Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Tom is located in Reston, VA.
