Biography

Judith joined ISOC as the Senior Manager, Budget and Forecasting in October 2020 where she is responsible for managing the budgeting, forecasting, internal financial reporting, and analysis of financial results and collaborates closely with the accounting team to ensure the internal financial reports for budget owners, senior leadership, and the Board of Trustees are generated accurately and promptly.

She brings vast accounting and finance experience in the not for profit and government accounting sectors. In her most recent position with the Environmental Council of States she converted all systems to a paperless process in an effort to be more efficient and also more environmentally friendly. Prior to that she managed the accounting for the Clean Water and Drinking Water loan portfolios for the State of Alaska and then the State of Washington (EPA’s largest grant funded program).

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Accounting and obtained her CPA license in 2004. She has been the volunteer treasurer at various nonprofit organizations.

She enjoys road biking and boating.

She is based in Sarasota, Florida.
