I have diverse and extensive experience in quality control at various companies, conducting policy surveys at regional levels for renowned international organizations, and delivering and managing online courses.

In 2012 I worked as a quality control technician at Business Support Services, where I ensured the delivery of broadband internet services of the French telecom services provider SFR. In 2013 I joined a leading ultrasonic testing service provider in Saudi Arabia, Virtus Veritas & Ingenium, where I had the opportunity to strengthen my quality control skills in petroleum and gas, discover new cultures, and learn new Arabic dialects.
In 2014, I started delivering online courses on ultrasonic testing, project management, and Python programming for Udemy. Today, my courses are among the platform's highest rating courses, reaching 261000 students from 190 countries.

Before joining The Internet Society as Learning Delivery & Support Manager, I served as contractor researcher at the Alliance for Affordable Internet (A4AI) in charge of conducting the A4AI policy survey measuring the impact of regulatory board policies on internet sustainability and affordability among several countries in the MENA region.

I am a native Arabic speaker, fluent in French and English. Additional experience includes digital marketing, growth hacking, and consulting, where I advised a growing local startup (Yalla.ma). I studied quality assurance at Ecole Supérieure de Technologie - Université Hassan II Casablanca from 2008 to 2011 and completed an entrepreneurial training by Startup Maroc and Oasis 500.
