Biography: 

Kyle Shulman is the Global Engagement Project Manager at the Internet Society (ISOC), where he is focused on coordinating the activities and reporting of the Global Engagement Team. Prior to formally joining ISOC, Kyle worked as external contractor supporting ISOC’s Global Engagement, Public Policy and Communications teams.  He also helped kick start the Internet Governance Forum Support Association (IGFSA), acting as the secretariat since the IGFSA’s inception in 2014.

Prior to working with ISOC, Kyle was a Consultant with the United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF), in Geneva, Switzerland managing the daily operations of the secretariat.

Kyle holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY with an Advanced Certificate in Information Technology Policy Management as well as a Bachelor's of Arts Degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. 

Kyle is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
