Carmen Dell'Erba joined the Internet Society in March 2009 and is currently working with the Membership and Services Department.
Before joining ISOC, Carmen worked at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), where she held a variety of roles. These included working for one of its most eminent Nobel prize winners and former Director-General as well as in Public Relations. As a member of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) Task Force she fully contributed to the organization of major, large-scale events for the general public, partners in industry, and international government representatives.
Her background includes the airline and fashion industries, as well as experience in agribusiness as a Business Development Manager. She has organised international trade fairs, Business to Business and Business to Consumers events, workshops, and roadshows. She also has an extensive experience in securing sponsorship and building long-term business relationships with clients.
Carmen holds an M.A. in Marketing Management and a B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literatures.
