Kevin Craemer

Senior Events Manager

Kevin Craemer oversees and manages a wide range of Internet Society meetings and events, including the annual Network and Distributed Systems Security (NDSS) Symposium - one of the world's leading Internet security research conferences. His responsibilities include programme development, planning and logistics, marketing and promotion, and on-site management.

Prior to joining the staff of the Internet Society, Kevin headed the Washington office of MFM Trade Meetings, a conference management firm. At MFM he planned and managed meetings for a variety of association clients and for U.S. government agencies responsible for international trade and investment. This included several regional conferences for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency focusing on expansion of communications and IT infrastructure in emerging economies. Over the past 20 years he has organized meetings and events in more than 40 countries.

In previous positions Kevin designed programmes and planned events for Rotary International and Junior Chamber International. He holds an undergraduate degree from Columbia College in Chicago.
