Internet Radio for People with Visual Impairments – Final Report

Radio MENQ (“We” in Armenian language) is an Internet Radio created by Armenian blind and visually impaired with the support of the Internet Society’s “Beyond the Net Funding Programme”. Practical and psychological matters find voice and solutions in the broadcast programming. Disabled artists and scientists are invited as guests to share their experience in living with handicaps. This Radio is opening up new horizons for visually impaired and their families. The project is creating innovation and a local solution with global impact. The team is creating a best practice document to ease the replicability in other countries.
