[Washington, D.C. and Geneva, Switzerland] – The Internet Society today announced that Maarten Botterman, Ingrid Srinath and Eric Burger have been appointed to the Public Interest Registry Board of Directors. Maarten Botterman was reappointed for a one-year term, Ingrid Srinath was reappointed for a three-year term and Eric Burger was appointed for a two-year term.

The Elections Committee is pleased to announce that no challenges were received for the 2015 Chapter elections for ISOC Board of Trustees during the challenge period which ended on 17th April. Accordingly, Walid Al-Saqaf has been elected to the board by the chapter delegates.
