ISOC's President and CEO, Lynn St.Amour, addressed a European Commission-supported meeting on ICT for a Global Sustainable Future on 22 January 2009.

The meeting, held at the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, was also supported by other international organizations such as OECD, UNESCO, ITU, WWF, the Club of Rome (European Support Center), the World Future Council, and the Forum for the Future.

The title of Ms St.Amour's speech was The role of ICT to ensure a global sustainable future.
