Scott has a wealth of experience gained from three decades of international marketing within technology-based companies. Immediately before joining ISOC, Scott was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Stratos Global Corporation, a leading global provider of mobile and fixed-site remote communications solutions. At Stratos, Scott led global marketing and product management teams with operations in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Prior to that, Scott was Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, Industry Solutions at IBM Software Group responsible for marketing and sales efforts in many regions around the world. Scott's extensive track record also includes senior positions in the ISP, software, and telecommunications industries with companies such as McCaw Cellular Communications. In addition, he started his career with Proctor & Gamble. In many of these positions he led large international teams, often through times of organizational change and growth. He joined ISOC in November 2008.
