The event was aimed at presenting the results of actions taken at international level since the WSIS in 2005, passing through the tree forums in Rio, Athens, and Hyderabad. The main topic covered the global Internet governance, the digital divide, the ongoing international negotiations on the management of domain names and on Standards and Technical Services of the Internet.
